Prosecco Shoppe does not sell individual bottles; the minimum order is 3 bottle, boxed in special wine shipment boxes (NakPack).
In order for an order to be completed, the check out must include at least 3 bottles.
We suggest purchasing your wine in multiples of 6 bottles, thus optimizing the shipping and handling cost. However, should you prefer to purchase 3 bottles, you will receive your wine securely boxed.
Italian Law requires you to be 18 years or older to purchase alcoholic beverages. You need to guarantee that you are older of 18 years old under your sole responsibility. Upon first access of the Prosecco Shoppe, you must state that you are of age. Prosecco Shoppe cannot be held responsible for unauthorized use of its e-commerce by unsupervised minors. Further requests of age eligibility proof may be requested upon check out.

Shipment and Delivery
By placing an order you authorize Prosecco Shoppe to arrange the shipment and delivery on your behalf; the shipment will be undertaken by selected national and international delivery companies chosen by Prosecco Shoppe at its sole discretion. We only use highly recognizable and qualified delivery companies.
The prices of the bottles do not include delivery; transport cost will be added at check out and specified in the appropriate box. The cost of transport and time of delivery varies according to the destination, the number of bottles and weight/volume. Prosecco Shoppe is committed to delivering your purchased wine through well established and recognized delivery carriers, which guarantee professional standards. Also, we selected carrier which will accommodate your needs at their best.
It is extremely important that you provide Prosecco Shoppe with a daytime delivery address where someone will be present at the time of delivery. The delivery personnel will need the signature of an adult over 18 years old in order to release the shipment.
Prosecco Shoppe suggests that you put extra care when you fill in the delivery address form: remember to specify the name, street number and, in case you use your business address, department or unit.
If the shipment is returned to us due to inaccuracy in the address or missing address elements, we will have to charge you again the delivery expenses.
No items sold by Prosecco Shoppe can be delivered to postal boxes or to pick up boxes.
In case you request an invoice (fattura) make sure you specify which address you wish to use for shipment.
YOU MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD IN ORDER TO PURCHASE ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES. BY ACCESSING THIS WEBSITE AND E-COMMERCE YOU STATE UNDER YOUR RESPONSIBILITY TO BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD. YOU ALSO ARE AWARE THAT THE PERSON WHO WILL SIGN AND COLLECT THE SHIPMENT CONTAINING ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES MUST BE AT LEAST 18 YEARS OLD.
When the carrier reaches your address, a valid ID might be required in order to assess the age of the collector. If the shipment cannot be delivered due to the absence of an adult, you will be charged the return costs. We cannot be responsible for any unauthorized use of our website and e-commerce by unsupervised minors, and we will not deliver to unsupervised minors; you will be charged the return costs. Parents and legal guardians are responsible for the minors under their care: under NO CIRCUMSTANCE we will deliver to unsupervised minors. Also, it is our prerogative to seek legal action in case of fraud.
If you make changes to your order after the order has already been prepared for shipment, we reserve the right to charge you a handling and boxing fee (not more than Euro 10).
All Prices of the products on Prosecco Shoppe are including the mandatory 22% IVA tax.
Terms of Shipment
Prosecco Shoppe uses the NakPack certified boxing method to guarantee a safe travel to the wines you purchase. This boxing method guarantees the proper travelling condition for your wine. We deliver to the address you provide us upon the completion of your order. We entrust your order to the delivery carrier we have selected.
The delivery will typically take 2 to 4 working days, according to location. Delivery will depart after the payment is approved. Payments can be made by PayPal, Credit or Debit. Right to Withdraw
Prosecco Shoppe is committed to selling only high-quality products of certified quality. We personally selected each brand and label, and we choose only top rated products. Notwithstanding our dedicated commitment, it could happen that a bottle has a defect or that the wine is bouchonné. Please let us know, together we shall find the best solution. According to Italian Law D.Lgs. 206/05 (“Codice del Consumo”) you have the right to withdraw from your purchase with 14 days. Goods must be repackaged in its original box thus that during the return trip to the seller the same condition of safety is guaranteed. Also, being a perishable good, the product must be kept in the proper environment. We will not accept as a return eligible for refund goods that are damaged, broken or deteriorated.
Prosecco Shoppe is incorporated in Italy, herewith please find the Italian application form and governing rules for the right to withdrawal.
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to withdraw from this agreement within fourteen days without stating any reasons. The withdrawal period is fourteen days from the date on which you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, took the first consignment of goods into your/their possession. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (8-P SRL, Via Turati 29 Milano 20121 – info [at] proseccoshoppe [dot] com – Customer Care Line at +39 333 464 8836 of your decision to withdraw from this agreement by means of a clear statement (e.g. by mail letter, or e-mail). You may use the attached withdrawal form, although this is not required. The withdrawal period has been observed so long as you dispatch the notification of your exercise of the right of withdrawal prior to the end of the withdrawal period.
Consequences of the withdrawal
If you withdraw from this agreement, we are obliged to reimburse all payments which we have received from you, including delivery costs (excluding any additional costs resulting from your opting for a type of delivery other than the cheaper standard delivery offered), immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which we receive your notification of withdrawal from this agreement. For this repayment we will use the same method of payment which you used for the original transaction unless something different is explicitly agreed with you; in no case will you incur any fees as a result of this repayment. We may refuse this repayment until we receive the returned goods or until you have provided evidence that you have returned the goods, whichever of these occurs first. It is required that the goods be returned to us is the same condition you have received them, without any broken or damaged parts. All the goods which you wish to return must be returned or delivered immediately, and in any case at the latest within fourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the withdrawal from this agreement. This period shall be observed so long as you dispatch the goods prior to the end of the period of fourteen days. You are responsible for the direct costs of the return of the goods. You are only responsible for any loss of value of the goods if such loss of value is the result of handling not required to determine the suitability, characteristics and function of the goods.
