Gigante’s Sauvignon DOC Friuli Colli Orientali is a white wine, dry and with an intense aroma. Friuli is particularly suited to the cultivation of Sauvignon, both for its climate and its soil composition. Adriano Gigante applies his mastery in understanding this particular berry, keeping under control Sauvignon’s innate “Sauvage” nature.

Gigante’s Sauvignon is an ideal companion to vegetarian or ethnic cuisine, especially when spicy; it complements food complexity with its aromatic structure.

It is a young wine, which expresses its best in the two years following bottling; Sauvignon keeps its characteristics up to ten years.
