The latest arrival in the Ruge Family: RuZero is an exceptional Extra Brut created with a special selection of glera grapes from old vines grown in steep Santo Stefano di Valdobbiadene, the heart of the Prosecco Superiore region.

The roots of the old vines, over 30 years old, reach for nutrients into the depth of the hills, at 7 meters below the surface, hence transmitting to Ru Zero the true terroir of the Prosecco, with its typical minerality, which greatly harmonize and balances this Extra Brut.

With 0 residual sugars, RuZero is a great bubble which easily accompanies you through a meal. A must.
