A surprising rosè, this Spumante di Qualità, created by Adriano Gigante on the slopes of the Rocca Bernarda, Corno di Rosazzo, in the heart of the Collio Friulano. This wine is produced with 100% Schioppettino grapes, selected from vineyards planted over ten years ago specifically to create this very special rosè.

Adriano Gigante felt that the peculiar qualities of dedicated Schioppettino grapes, harvested earlier in the season, would make an exceptional rosè wine. His profound understanding of winemaking in conjunction with this incredibly blessed part of Italy resulted in a rosé of great class, rich in the bouquet, with lively and pleasant perlage. A delicious brut very recommended for those who love the refinement of quality unique rosé.
