It is produced with 100% Ribolla Gialla, an ancient local grape variety exclusive of this area of Friuli. The Ribolla Gialla is a typical grape of the hills, which thrives in dry soils, and loves the temperature variations of the site: the resulting wines are elegant white wines intense and structured.
