Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli Colli Orientali Adriano Gigante
Gigante’s Pinot Grigio is different from everything and everyone. A surprising wine, as it has nothing in common with its namesakes, this Pinot Grigio DOC Friuli Colli Orientali follows the traditional winemaking by retaining the copperish color of its grapes.
The Pinot Grigio grapes are a mutation of Pinot Noir, hence its peculiar darker seeds, despite being a white grape. As always, Gigante finds excellence in tradition, and the result is a refined wine, intense, dark pink in color, scented with rose and red apples. Gigante’s Pinot Grigio is available in dark bottles for those who choose to wait (up to 8 years) or in the transparent bottle for those who wish to enjoy its lovely color.
