A very elegant Frizzante wine, produced by a top-quality small vineyard in the heart of Valdobbiadene. The name is that of the hill from which the Glera grapes are harvested by hand; in order to recall the traditional method of this wine’s production, Michele Rebuli has chosen the old fashion method of using the “spago” instead of the modern metal stopper.

Fii is purposefully not classified as a prosecco, as Michele Rebuli wished to create a wine with a delicate perlage and an aroma and taste which can appeal to white wine lovers.

This wine is the perfect partner for a spring aperitif or a summer dinner.
