Ariosa 2020

First released in 2021,  Ariosa is a young rosè, but with a defined character. Ariosa is a new limited edition wanted by Adriano Gigante to confirm the versatility of the Schioppettino grape.

Created with grapes from a vineyard planted ad hoc ten years ago, Ariosa is the result of Adriano Gigante’s intuition to enhance the characteristics and quality of Schioppettino, a grape with features similar to Pinot Noir.

This dedicated vineyard produces a limited quantity which is worked as a rosè, being a red berry. With a few hours on the skins, it becomes tasty, harvested early keeps the structure, and the result is this rosè persistent and fragrant. A very limited edition, not to be missed.
