57 Asolo Prosecco

Superiore DOCG Extra Dry

Sparkling wine created with the Charmat method’s natural fermentation; 57 is created with selected grapes from the Asolo Hills DOCG Region. The name celebrates 1957, the year of foundation of Cantina Montelliana e dei Colli di Asolo.

Pale straw yellow in color with impeccable clarity, highlighted by a fine persisent perlage; the bouquet is intensely fruity, reminescent of Golden Delicious apples and acacia flowers.

Taste is sapid, pleasantly lightweight and low in alcohol. Ideal as an aperitif, but also perfect for all meals with fish dishes and white meats.

Serve at 6-8°C.
