The meaning of Top Wine is „… a Top Wine condenses in the glass characteristics related to territory, history, and environment in addition to having excellent organoleptic qualities. The attribution of this symbol implies the absence of chemical weeding in vineyards…“
Slow Wine is the recognition given to a wine that meets the criterion of the excellent relationship between quality and price, taking into account when and where it was produced.
